This is the 3rd appraisal thread about this domain name you have posted since 2007. What's the highest offer so far?

It can be sold to a reseller for high $xx,xxx - low $1xx,xxx easily.
End user - $250k+

Seeing this a while ago a thought crossed my mind that it could be $100,000 and nothing has changed.

How many times are you going to post this???!

Without development it will be $100k or so, and it will always be around that range, so stop asking.

I last asked in January of this year. Since the economy has improved and domain sales have picked up, I thought I would ask for a new appraisal.

It wasn't for sale earlier this year, so there were no offers.

I would try listing this on sedo, or get a domain broker to sell, as "social media" sites are getting popular everyday. Or of course, you can invest and develop a new social media site.

Without Google, Facebook, Twitter or Yahoo or any of the BIG BOYS coming in it will always be around $100,000 right now...

If they step into the ring you could be looking at a multi-million dollar sale but without them you are going to struggle finding bidders.

Just save it for the next ten years on $10 renewal fees and wait.

That is a six figure domain you have there. Go to Sedo's GreatDomains and put it there, and sell it. You'll be able to afford that exotic car you're looking at, believe me.
