Reg fee to $xx. It's a good name and well-suited for the .us extension, but the plural kills it in my opinion.

I appreciate the thoughts. I definitely agree the singular is better but I don't think the plural "kills" it totally. The singular is more appropriate for end user sales. I tried to nab it but missed the grab.

thanks again.

I think the plural is fine, just who would use it? A lawyer perhaps? In that case, they won't be prepared to give out top dollar for a .us . Develop it and sell it to an end-user once you've built it up.

The plural makes sense logically, but as far as law is concerned, "law" is the preferred plural. A labor lawyer isn't going to buy a "laborlaws" domain.

I think the OP could develop it into an American labor laws website. Then the .us extension would make sense.

the plural works and to me its a very good name. I wouldn't sell this name for less than mid $xxx.

akiratom is an unknown quantity at this point

It is a heterogeneous collection of state and federal laws, Labor laws typically deal with employer-union relationships. Employment laws typically deal with employer-employee relationships.

I think that the .us works with Law firms. While the .com is obviously preferred, I would think that the .us would be worthwhile if it could get ranked. Nearly every decent legal name is taken and purchased even in the long tail search keywords. A clear short .us is a very decent alternative to a long tail .com.

LaborLaws.us would be a nice summary / info site with links to Lawfirm.com versus say LaborLawyerJacksonville.net.
????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/showthread.php?t=668566

I think this is especially true when dealing with a segment of law that is almost unique country specific. I know all law is country specific but labor laws feel particularly apropos to the .us extension.

I wouldn't sell for less than $100 but would probably pull the sale trigger at $200.. lowering based on expiration timeframe. Labor law doesn't get anywhere near the CPC of other legal areas... however, I think people would actually search for labor law and get quite a decent lead follow through.

Disclosure: I own laborlawyer.us but have just parked it for now
