Not hyphenated version was sold for $13 K in 2007

I have a hyphenated Forex name with almost 8X the gmsve and $8 clicks.
Pretty low down on the development totem, so have it listed on the aftermarket. Zero offers, and it's priced WAY cheap.
This one has a little bit of a wildcard factor to it since it's titular, which means that vanity-pricing is in play.

Even though hyphenated I still like the name,

why not get an "appraisal" from the buyer of the non-hyphenated version

Worth a shot, but generally speaking, trying to sell the hyphenated version of a multi-keyword .com name to the unhyphenated owner is like trying to sell SameKeywords.LesserTLD to the .com owner. 99 times in 100, you get ignored or snarked at, and for good reason.

The funny thing here is that the .com owner is getting his ass kicked in search engines by the .net and .us, so he might comprehend the value of 'exact match' and if you hint that you're considering becoming a keyword competitor, it might inspire him to come off a little cash.

The good thing is that the owner is European company (generally Europeans are OK with hyphens)
The bad thing is that as for now I didn’t get the reply from the owner, so I think in this situation I will be ignored, but we’ll see
