Keyword search gives it 8100 searches per month, exact. That ain't bad for a dot com. Estibot gives it a value around $400. Odd that it's worth much less in Spanish extensions. My "best guess" is that you're going to have to sell it through a Spanish auction house. Most people aren't going to bother to look at it on sedo, etc, because they don't know what a "Zona Zoster" is and they're not going to take the time to look it up. When I first saw it I thought it was going to be a Latin American entertainer and I was prepared to tell you that you're going to have trademark problems.

Nevertheless, IMO, I don't think you are going to have much luck in an English speaking market. So I would try Spanish speaking sales venues.
