It could be used for a variety of things including educating people about racial profiling. In general it has very little value.

But the keywords are good. People tell me when I ask for advice about domains like yours to turn it into a blog to increase the value, then sell it. With the good keywords you could get some type-in traffic to get you moving.

I think you're stuck developing it. I doubt there's much CPC there. And I'm pretty sure there's not a high-end market for attorneys in racial profiling.

Without development and traffic, $0.
