I'd personally put this at low $xxx; given it has potential to be developed as a branded website for something such as a food blog or such. Estibot seems to agree; putting it at $140.

I am getting reg fee for estibots appraisal and personally I would ignore its monetary valuations for the most part, what you really should be only interested in is the stats such as:
