I think it is value more if developed with applications for mobile phones / PDA.

you can park domain at many registrars (godaddy, sedo parking etc).

also, you can use adsense for domains to set up such page and earn some small revenue depending of the traffic.

Yeah the domain is awesome for mobile applications, you can develop it for good, and its short too.
