Who?????? Oh yeh- the great USF football player who almost killed himself at his part time job in Busch Gardens just the other day.

Look up "HughHefner.com and ICANN". People's name can turn into TM issue.

In this case, he is probably not famous enought to come after you - but this has limited commercial value IMHO.

No search volume. No one bidding the name. Heck of alot of links because of the news stories. Links don't add value, searches add value.

Once his 15 mins are over, other than USF fans - no one will remember him.

If he does become famous, then he will hire a lawyer and come after you for regging this is bad faith - as evidenced by this post that will become spidered in Google.

Grace delete IMHO. Worthless.

Thanks for the candid direct response. I am aware of Google "spidering" and what happens. So this response can be "spidered", too. It has already been stated by me that the domain has been secured for a tribute/dedication fan club site.This was prompted by the news events at Busch Gardens and finding the domain name unregistered. It has been registered and parked awaiting future development. Asking for an appraisal is simply "plowing the field" to see what the domain could be worth, as is, imo, asking for offers in hope that whoever would get the domain would continue to develop the site as a tribute/fan club site. However, if I am stepping on a TM issue legally and called on the carpet for this now, the domain will be given up instantly. However, while the name is registered to me I have no intentions of "hurting" this individual personally or "watering" down his name in any way. This domain was never registered in "bad faith". And that's that

As a tribute site, you should be OK

But considering that due to TM issues, the scope of development is limited to non-commercial interests - the domain has little value

If you park it long term, I can witnessed people come after parked domains with ICANN. He might not be famous enough to do it, but it still limits the overall value of the domain.
