Just Picked Up Valuable Keyword Domain

I just registered Mesothelioma*im yesterday.

This domain could work since most Mesothelioma/Asbestos Lawyers either offer 'Live Chat operaters' or forums in which their potential clients can talk about this subject.

I plan on developing this site and selling to a private law firm.

But, what do you think about the raw keyword value? (Mesothelioma)

good, if can find a lawyer willing to buy it - great.

My opinion, this domain isn't very valuable because of limited .im market/sales. If it was a .ME domain, it would have significant more value because the .me market is more mature and defined when compared to the .im market.

develop it and selling it is your only option to get any value for this domain.

not worth much in a reseller market. you'd be lucky to sell it to an enduser

i'd love to be proved wrong.

valuewise, reg fee, imho.

Agree value is reg fee to most in this market and that extension. I cant see any real enduser interest.

IMO the domain is as valuable as the amount of ad revenue you can catch for it. I heard mesothelioma gave high revenue.

I regged conference.im (Conference) and since the Registrar (nic.im) provides free sub domains - I added video.conference.im (Video Conference). I'll add HD, Talk, Chat, Text, etc. when I get a little more time but since adding sub and hack domains is free at both NIC and Whypark - I can't lose...

The way I look at it... Taking a $5 risk will not kill me. In fact, I might make a 200-300% return on this domain.
