Niche: Lawsuit Loans a.k.a Pre Settlement Loans Revenue Source: Google AdSense & 2 companies that lend lawsuit loans.. Google AdSense: $100 average per month Lending Company Revenue: $100 per loan or 15% of the loan.. whichever is greater... most application recieved are between $2500 and $10000 ????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/domain-appraisals/592432-website-domain-appraisal.html Traffic: Site gets around 900 to 1000 visitors per month via Google from being #1 and #2 for primary keywords. Anyone have a clue what a decent asking price for a site like this might be worth? I'm really tired of dealing with applications, clients and lenders even though the money is good. I would be able to provide partnership with the 2 lenders to whoever bought it and explain in 10 minutes or less how the site works; all content is unique and ranks very well in search results; hell better than any other site in this niche. |
