PR3 - 10,000 uniques/month - 100$+ adsense appraisal

Hey all,

I have an established website (www.netcko.com) that has PR3, 6000-10000 uniques / month , about 100,000 pages/month and 100$ adsense rev (+ $xx from affiliates).

How much is this worth (domain + website )?

The website has free uploading (like Rapidshare) , free temporary email ,free webhosting (300 MB+ cPanel + mySQL ) and free WP blogging .

Well the site looks good and at per my experience it ranges around $4000+ and may be more if you find a good buyer...

I also think so.

Let's face it. It's free. Free uploading, free hosting (good hosting) and temporary email.
Also, the concept is that every account has my adsense code on it, and i've developed a script that manages that.

At the moment i have nearly 500 accounts registred there. Imagine these 10% of these with running adsense and 50 visits/day. That's 250 visits extra which can be like 1k impressions/day. And with my experience in adsense 1k impressions are something like 5/6 $ revenue
