| I'd just cold call them and ask them if they want to buy the domain.. don't offer it for enough to make a court case or WIPO transfer interesting.
Usually anything under $1500 is still interesting for a TM holder. |

· #5 | | NamePros Member | So far they own the .org .info an the .biz, i'm sure they would be very interrested to get this one, but texaco is far form being a compagny easy to deal with just look at their judicial history and all the nasty stuffs they are involved in, that's an old big dirty oil compagny. And Texaco is plain TM But as we talk maybe one of the bidder at snapname is a texaco guy and is gonna overbid all of us,
i wouldn't expect owning this one too much | |
