because my girlfriend had to have it

I registered TheShat.com.

She's a fan of William "The Shat" Shatner so she wanted it. Now I have it.

What do you think?

I really hate to say it, but it sounds like something a bear does in the woods. Of course, that is just the first thing that poops into my mind when I see it. I am sure it could make a perfectly respectable fan site, but I think brand identification may be an initial obstacle for those less enthralled by shat.

LOL @ praxis, that's the first thing that came to my mind (past tense of sh+t).

But I think it'll be great for old entertainment news or gossip archives. I mean, the "in" things are considered "the sh*t" so it makes sense to have a past tense.

I typed "the shat" on Google and William Shatner's name came up on #1. So I think you have something quite good there.

For people who like that kind of thing, it is the kind of thing that they like. I'm still wondering what a Pagan Druid is, though. Not something to do with Cuil.com is it?

Good point. Sometimes you just have to follow your nose when it comes to these things.

Actually this could have value either way. The "Past tence" version and the Shatner angle.

Either way, brandable and begs development. GF did well I'd say! I'm surprised it was still available.

She says she's a genius.

Mostly because of this guy.

Thank you.

I also did think about the poop thing, but not the past tense thing. Clever, I guess.

Thanks.

It's dying to be developed into a William Shatner fan site, drive some "Trekkie" traffic to it, and you could monetize it real well!.
