I would suggest to develop with informative content on display cabinets and monetize with adsense and possibly affiliate links. The real value of .info domains is in development, not resale. I have very similar .info domains where i just make a simple 4-5 page site with XSite Pro, use adsense style pages and make a few dollars a day off of per site.
