Yeah HQ has many potential meanings out of which HeadQuarters and High Quality are just a couple.
A possible acronym could be High Quality New Enterprises.
I'd say around $100 or so seeing the great acronym value and the triple premium letters.

HQ is an okay pair of letters - better than totally random bad letters.

I think how HQNE looks like HONE could also help it a little - in the current llll market I have seen crazier ideas of pronounceability and relevance.

I would say high xx definitely; and I would not be surprised to see it break xxx.
