How much is this domain worth?

Themes would be more favorable over theme becuase in term of SEO, Themes can be count as singular and plural keyword.

I'm not sure about the value, but I must say that wordpress.themes.info could be just another use of this domain.

Not telling about e.g. blog.themes.info, blogging.themes.info, joomla.themes.info, drupal.themes.info, cms.themes.info, css.themes.info, custom.themes.info, etc.

Wordpress themes are becoming really popular (as Wordpress is), so maybe it could be another Wordpress themes site.

I just got the auto appraisal from the estibot and gave me a value of 30,000+$ .
Any thoughts on this?

Although Estibot seems to be the best automated domain appraisal tool, I wouldn't trust it very much. I think $30,000 is too much for this .info name even if it is a one-word domain. I would rather try searching namebio.com for similar one-word plural .info sales.

Thank you everyone for there thoughts. This is a good domain and after reviewing the appraisals, developing this domain would be best to further increase value.

I am putting plans together in developing this domain into either an all around themes directory website or a Blog focusing on certain themes. Anybody interested in helping out, we can talk, PM me !
