columbusbook.com and webappraisal.org are not bad.

One for book about Christopher Columbus or Columbus, Ohio (or some other Columbus related topic). But the market may be small.

The WebAppraisal.org is the best. A lot of potential. Can be developed into a site that does appraisal on everything.

Anthony

interesting

Thats interesting you like columbusbook.com

My thoughts were the nerds might be the ones with most value. Like you said columbusbook is great for a small market or Christopher Columbus but I did not see that being a high value.

hrnerd.com (Human Resources)
Salesnerds.com
hrnerds.com

I really think that the New Frontier in Web Business will be Web Real Estate on a bigger scale then what it is. Im talking Certified Appraisers, Certified Agents, and reputable companies. Like HER in real estate. We will see!

Thanks for the feedback!

Thanks for the feedback!
As for the reality domains, I think have the word 'Website" on the back of the name is much better. Please keep us posted on the appraisal result.

Estibot.com give all of them a reg fee value except for Kinsma.com which it values for $50. I agree.

They all seem to be user-end buys only. Any traffic stats?
Good Luck!

Thanks for the feedback rudy.

There is no traffic stats on them. I guess I have a little different philosophy on domains then the usual "domain parking" that seems to be the norm.

I usually buy names based off of the concept and future development of a site. For example the web real estate related domains I get, Someday soon I believe their will be tighter regulations and more strictor guidelines to buy/sell domains and sites. I also think that it will be very similar to how the "real world" realestate works. Therefore when I bought the names I did it based off future, potential value.

As easy as it is to create a website now-a-days, I hope to put up my own content on the domains if I dont sell them.

However, now that I am understanding the biz of domain parking a little more, I may splurge into that frame of thought and see where it leads my pocket book.

Good talkin with ya!
