Hi Folks,

estibot says that WiccanCommunity.com is worth $950.00 as a domain name.

I'd be grateful for your opinion on whether this is a fair estimate of what it might be worth to a motivated buyer.

And a supplementary question (and sorry if this is outside the scope of this forum, I don't think so but could be wrong) - given the search match potential, is this one worth "talking up" through content over a period of time or is it better just sold now if I don't want to develop it?

Couple things, first, etibot estimate is high. It always is. Undeveloped you're talking mid $xx probably, but more to end user.

Second, developed it could be very good with the niche. As long as you make it what it says, a wiccan community.

Third, if you do not plan to develop it, I recommend finding a buyer.

estibot is probably good at picking up the relative value of different domains - it sounds like I have to knock a zero off the end of the estimate though!
