It a nice one! I think you can get high dollars for it if you find an end-user!

Just watch for the Trademark Realtor. I had to deal with a trademark issue, last couple weeks, because I own a "REALTOR" domain. It still not over, yet!

you can do either two things to resolve this become a realtor or sell it to them (they won't buy it anyway)

That's an odd letter you received. They actually trademarked realtor for their association? Aren't there independent realtors operating in this country?

Realtor is a designation of the NAR (national association of realtors) it is a registered trademark.
Only "realtors" are allowed to use it...

Oh FYI if you are ever going to buy or sell real property, always use a REALTOR, there is a difference between a realtor and a sales agent.

Got many inquiries about selling it and I alwasy said no. It's my business venture, and have no intention to sell it. That's why they didn't like it.

They are other businesses that are using and have been the "realtor" word without being a realtor, or with the permission of NAR. In the past NAR has lost a few UDRP and WIPO battles around the realtor trademark, in cluding REALTOR.biz Here is the link:

Words fit well together, good flow to it. Like use of "serve" here. Great name for real estate sale/info site, a market that is gaining
wide spread acceptence, w/ strong growth potential. (not trying to sound like stock brokerage commercial).
