Nice keyword, but extension is not so popular, I'd say low to mid $xx right now. It has potential for development though.

Ah... thanks... the previous owner if I am not mistaken got an $x,xxx offer but refused... so does that change its value at all?

If the above statement is true, whats to say you wont get the same offer?

However, if i were to ignore the above, i would say the same as Momo. Very nice keyword but i dont like the extension.

You're in good shape if you get a buyer that goes after keywords rather than extensions. You could probably see low to mid $xxx max in my opinion.
