well .be domains are free and undeveloped no value ... so should save it for later on ... after a year it might have some value

3char .orgs for example are really only worth around reg fee.

Yup...Reg fee...(Which In .BE's case is Nothing).....Undeveloped .BE No Value...
Keyword Domains may be valuable
