Yes, considering the term you would get selected type of searches, But you could have possible TM issues as well, if you try and sell the domain ..

Not "Huge" necessarily but definately TM issues, I know from personal experience. It has the word "Google" in it ...

I know that, www.ozgoogle.com friend of mine, that was only a joke , but google send them the issue...
They had to close the page and change their names to wwe.ozguugle.com

other one is www.belervebayanlar.com
It a Turkish name combination and ther is no relation about "ebay" but they also recieved the issue, and close it.
