I must be crazy if I'm offering my PSD design service this cheap...

Hello!

My name is Jared, and I'm a freelance web designer, and I have been working in this field for quite some time now (upwards of 2 years). I've been freelancing my work though, just recently. I am/have been known to have a very professional personality, and I am crazy with deadlines, so I can assure if you choose me, your project will be completed on time. My turnaround time for a very highly detailed, professional design is 3 days. I have not taken on big projects for companies before though, only small time things or personal websites. I am very willing and capable of designing for a large project though, but you may have to wait until the smaller projects have been completed so I can dedicate my time to the design process.

I have a new business plan. I am going to write down (in pen & paper) all of the aspects of your business, and all of the features your website will offer. I will then come up with a mock-up (drawing) of how the website could be laid out in order to maximize a readers usability and so that they view the most important parts of your website within the first few seconds of them viewing your site. After all, everybody knows the first few seconds are the most important. I'm sure you've read that at many different sources. I really want to try out this new business plan, and I am ready to take on some clients.

My rates are a steal, because I have all the time in the world. I just do this for fun and practice, until I can get my priorities straight and actually sit down and take the time to develop a web design agency. With this in mind, don't expect low quality work for the small price, because that is what I would expect if I bought a service from somebody for a price lower than $50, but you don't have to worry about that with me. My prices are so cheap simply because I have the time that's necessary to afford it. I had the time to write this extremely long post, didn't I? At least it seems like I've been typing forever! So, what are you going to pay? I am only going to charge $25 for a single page PSD design. Each extra page (of the same design concept, like a content page or a members area design) is only $10.

Now one thing clients should understand, I do have a lot of time, but I don't spend 100% of it online. I am an independent business owner (or IBO) with a large company on the side, and have meetings and seminars to attend regularly, and I can be quite busy at certain times during the day.

Anyways, here's a summary of my service:

1. 3 day turnaround time (72 hours) maximum
2. $25/page - $10/page for extra pages
3. You will receive one (1) single PSD file (unless you order multiple pages)
4. You will have full rights to the design
5. You must allow me to showcase the design in my online portfolio (coming soon)

I'm not sure what else to say, except that I hope you choose me to work on your project. I can assure it to be completed in a timely manner, and the quality will be exactly what you're looking for.

Yes, I can convert simple templates to HTML. Otherwise, I feel safer letting my partner handle the coding. He has a college degree in computer programming and can do more than just HTML, such as PHP, MySQL, ect.
