I want to build up my vBulletin skin portfolio so I am currently offering this service at half the price, for $125! (Payment to be made via PayPal)
You'll receive 2 .psds which will be the forum home and post bit. I can do the thread view for an extra $50. You'll have full ownership/rights of the skin, which will never be sold again.
I will be offering this service to a total of 4 people, but I'm only going to take on 1 person at a time so it doesn't put me under mass amounts of pressure.
