Hey, I need someone that is really good with HTML and CSS. I'm paying $15 for this job, and if everything works out, there will be sure to be more jobs from me to come.

All I want for $12 is to put these images and make them into links on my naviagation bar. This seems easy enough, but the real issue is that the site I need this done for has this different system. So it requires some figuring out, but once you get the system I'm sure it would be an easy job. Just whether you can figure it out or not.
