I do have examples of my work. However, I'll only show you work completed for the latest build, which is: v3.6 (that would seem most appropriate here, considering WHMCS changes quite a lot - per release, of course.)

Integration starts from $20, and a complete overhaul for your WHMCS system (excluding orderforms), starts from about $50. Obivously, this is negotiable.
