looking for a php programmer for wallpaper/file cms script.
no design work needed, just simple templates
brief outline
admin can add download catagories, eg Wallpapers, which can be divided into further subcategories, eg Nature, Cars, etc, which can be divided again into sizes etc - all of which can be searched / filtered when user is browsing thumbnails in sub cats
browsing thumbs, user to click thumb, view file details(size date, contributer), rate, to download to pc user must register
user reg, simple, allow a basic profile with description, avatar, user can upload to site when registered and profile to show latest contributions
+admin panel to manage, secure uploads & short urls
