I do both vBulletin skins, and website templates. I code the vB skins, if wanted, as well as the Web Templates, however it will be of more charge but not by much. I do not have a set rate, and prices varie.
Main reason I'm posting this now is because I need work, and also need to fill up my portfolio which means I'm doing these at an acceptionally low price, which is great for you, since your getting a quality design in return.
I also have no set dates on when it will be done usually, within the week your request it in [ withing 3-5 days ], it should be ready to go. Sometimes, however, it may be sooner, possibly even next day, but it depends on the enhancement of the template.
Anyway, heres my

a tiny bit unorganized, bear with me). As you can see, it is pretty empty, and I dont have much done, but be assured, you will get great quality for what you paid for. Hopefully I could have some recomendations posted if i've worked for anyone whose reading this now.
