I'm in need of a coder and designer. I currently run a small web hosting, and game server rental business. What I'm currently in need of is getting a site designed to run with Mysql for user information and so on. We are looking for someone that can code personal bio pages, rank pages, structure pages. Our gaming community has over 8 teams, and we want them to all be under one roof (Web-Site). We would also need phpBB2 forums intregated with the design.
Here as some the key things that we are specificlly looking for.
Login linked with MySQL Database.
.css with the site for easy editing.
Universal images, look and feel.
Integrated roster, structure, and bio pages, with Ranks and online status indicator
Automated rank & promotion, award, ribbon system, w/ a drop down menu with specific ranks for each team.
Promo Record in Bio, Club Record that shows all Oracle Club Memberships, Stats (To Be linked to Competition Site)
STA and LOA (STA= Short Term Absence) (LOA= Leave of Absence) with automated drop down menu for admins
Automated new club creation.
Admin access levels 1-10 different access levels preferred.
Enlist Link to where the user can join the clan with a set of pre designated questions

Community Admin: Founder, Director, Assistant Directors Full Access
Engineering Admin: Engineering levels( Chief Engineer, XO, Deputy)
Clan/Dept Admin: levels( Leader, XO, tier 3(Div CO),Tier 4(Div XO),Tier 5(Unit CO)Tier 6(Unit XO),Tier 7(Sub-Unit CO)
IP Tracking-User account restrictions that can be lifted by engineering for special cases with siblings on that same network.
E-mail system that can write and send mail to specific area/divisions.
Page editor for each team to have standard.
Any Site changes have to be approved by the highest rank = -Founder =Director and Top Level Admin.
