MUST have a portfolio, with evidence of ownership. If you do not, show me a portfolio/evidence you will be automatically dismised. My budget is $75 (negotiable). Details will be talked about after I have been contacted. For your information the intro will be "gaming" related, so if that is helpful in getting your thoughts together.
