I am seeking a partner to futher my revenue making ablities. Must know at minimum; html, css, php, javascript, and photoshop. Strong php knowledge is a must.

I am not seeking someone to do all the work. I am seeking a equal work partner in a few ventures I have started, but for lack of time can not finished on my own in good time. I would like help to get sigviews.com and arcadejunk.com to the next level and ready for production. Along with a few other idea's.
Compensation: Half of the profits from any venture we co-author. Such as, if and when sigviews.com is production ready half of the advertising package sales that are made. With arcadejunk.com half of what profits are made from selling install credits and/or game packs. If a site is sold, half profits on the sale of the site, but the sale of the site will have to be consensual between the both of us.
I know this is a shot in the dark, but maybe there is another coder that is looking for a partner.
Please, provide some proof of knownlegde in the above meantioned area's of web scripting.
