General Requirements : looking for a logo for a fishing website called FISH.MS which means "Fish Mississippi". So you can use FISH.MS alone or the combination of Fish Mississippi and FISH.MS. Please lookup the official Mississippi logo because I really like the letter S in that logo and it is very symbolic of Mississippi so that is something to think about. The logo should have a fish or someone fishing on it in some form or fashion.

Additional Information : Just an example of a logo i like can be found on the website www bdoutdoors com.

scorp - i like it all except the fish is a bit more cartoony than we are looking for, other than that if you could also do a version that says FISH MISSISSIPPI using the state logo i put up above that would be all the feedback i can give you because your work is great as always

I illustrated a more realistic fish in this one, incorporated "Fish Mississippi", And to avoid any TM infringements I did the S's like fish hooks to keep it different that the state of Mississippi logo but still retain some of the curviness.

scorp - ok scorp talked to my buddy and here is what we came up with. Do you know what a "redfish" is? not a red colored fish but a Redfish. We would really like a redfish on the logo instead of the bass and then use the mississippi maroon color for the state. If you can pool that off it should be about perfect. Oh and try putting www. going up the left side since you have .ms going down the right.

ray - although this is not quite what we are looking for it is a very cool idea....feel free to play with it more.

I went with a little lighter maroon so the letters don't get lost in it

here is a pic of a redfish....they are signified by the dot on the tail...this one has rare two dots...they usually have one dot the upper one. and thats very important

scorp - final revision for you.....point the fish to the left and put the gray border all the way around the fish and the words not just around the border of the whole logo maybe so we can get some seperation of the fish from the state image...other than that awesome job

ok scorp.....final one i promise, this is it...go back to the fish facing right as in post # 14 and just change the color of the State to a light green and leave everything else the same.

no you just happened to look at the site while i was working on it, I just grabbed a random logo from the contest to get my header size going while I was coding...it was there for just a minute.
