Type of Contest : WEBSITE Design

Prize : $300.00

Contest End Date & Time : 7 Days from posting

Color Requirements :Looking for a warm mediteranian feel so perhaps red, orange, brown yellow type of thing but this is not fixed so whatever you feel looks good for your site.

General Requirements : My client seeks a new and unique design for a website. The business is property rental in Europe which will be split into two sections (Long Term Rentals & Holiday Rentals) and a page will be needed that shows details of the individual property including photos, description and prices etc, the holiday rental page will also need an availability calendar. There is no exisiting site this is totally from scratch. Final winner will need to provide a 6 page site including coding. TO ENTER THIS CONTEST you only need to design the homepage and if I get to a shortlist of possible winners near the end I may ask those to include another page too. Only the winner will need to design all pages.

Additional Information : Pages required will be HOME PAGE, SEARCH PAGE where visitors can search for a property and then produce a list of results with brief details of the properties, INDIVIDUAL PROPERTY INFORMATION PAGE providing full details on each specific property, MANAGEMENT PAGE which will be used to details the property management services available to property owners, CONTACT PAGE. Don't be afraid to be different with your design as we are looking for something that stands out from other similar companies so let your creative juices flow!

Ok, here is my entry. It's not red or brown or orange, as I think Mediterranean is not these colors.
Anyway... I can change them if you wish.
