Need white or transparent background
General Requirements :
This logo needs to be slicker/glossier and higher resolution than what I have. Please try to keep all fonts and elements similar to the logo provided, but I'm definitely open to creativity. I am a bit confused as to what this is for, is this for print or web? Decal?

Yes it is software for managing rental property. It will be used both for web and print, so it really needs to stand out. It needs to show strength and class, possibly reflective. We use a green theme in most ads and website. Hope that helps.

I like everything from Mindseye - keep copies of everything! I'd like for the 'TENANT File' to denote more strength or boldness, maybe using shadows, outset or inset.

The answer is yes, I don't want to stray very far from those fonts because there is a 10 year history in the old logo. I just want to update it with a more modern concept and in higher def.

Sorry wpcupid1, not there:
#1: don't like colors, 'file' is unreadable
#2 & 4: not knowing product name, reader can't tell if it is 'file tenant' or 'tenant file'.
#3: nice idea, but too 'cartoony' for a business logo
#5: symmetry is off and fonts are hard to read
btw 'tenant is misspelled in all'

j-man creative but too much art, too little product name, colors dull

steadler, too cute, odd colors, doesn't show strength

mindseye, still leading, new logos very creative but art too busy

There were several really good ideas:

J-Man, the last idea was too 'bright' and the fonts were not the professional image I was looking for.

Neonic, yours was second place, but was outvoted by others I consulted. The file tab that you added was good, but I had asked for it to be 'centered' and it just didn't look right on the right or left.

Mindseye, please send me an email at wgsoftware@aol.com. I'll pay $25.00 for the 'middle' logo revision of the existing logo you did, plus there might be another variation of that I'll pay you for as well.
