Type of Contest : Template Design

Prize : $40.00

Contest End Date & Time : 7 days from thread creation (may end sooner if I see something I like)

Size Requirements : Anything over 800x500 pixels (i.e. so I can see what it'd be like as a website)

Color Requirements : Nothing specific. Am looking for a 'smooth' OS/GUI-style Web 2.0 look.

General Requirements : I am looking for a OS/GUI-style Web 2.0 website design (winner needs only give the PSD file). This (apologies for full screen screeny; just see the website) is a quick mock-up of the *page structure* I'm looking for (so the full height left bar, small header bar etc) - obviously I don't want those colours though

Something like Bing and/or 10tb's CP is (amongst other sites) where I got some inspiration (pitty I'm not a great designer )

I'm not looking for anything too complicated - just a nice, clean Web 2.0 interface style

The name of site will be Cogah (.com) - feel free to put this in ("Cogah"), but a logo etc isn't required.

Additional Information :
1) If I like your proposal, I will say so, with any potential design changes
2) If I don't, I'll respectfully say so
3) Feel free to ask if you want me to clarify any of the above

Although I'm looking for more a simplistic GUI/OS-style site (i.e. like the web-page at http://serverperformance.com/Screenshot.png but with better graphics) as apposed to a more 'standard' looking website. Thanks all the same though

And sorry if I was a bit confusing in my OP. JanineXD's is pretty much exactly what I'm looking for (i.e. that sort of thing), sorry to be a pain J-Man

JanineXD, I really love that sort of thing thanks a lot - especially the metal-style (horizontal) nav bar, the content background image and the header bar. Yes, that layout is 100% what I'm looking for.

One quick thing - could you change the background of the vertical nav bar (one with icons) slightly, since I'm personally not 100% sure if the background gradient fits in all too well. (Haven't got anything specific in mind sorry, but just wondering if I can see the same design with a few different background designs for that vertical nav bar)

Just to say that in-accordance with my OP's rules, I'll be looking to end this contest tomorrow at 8pm UK time (i.e. early afternoon USA time) instead. This is due to time demands/needing this design quicker.
