Type of Contest : LOGO + Icon Design

Prize : $45.00 PayPal to the winner

Contest End Date & Time : June 9th, 2009, or sooner if design found!

Size Requirements : A format that allows me to change sizes

Color Requirements : Whatever matches best the site at Israpreneur Dark Blue & Silver will probably work best

General Requirements : Logo is for my blog at Israpreneur. Think of it like Entrepreneur Magazine but for Israel. I don't want the same font as Entrepreneur since that would be too obvious. The icon must be unique and look really cool. It can be to the left of the word Israpreneur in the logo, but something that will look good on twitter as an icon.

Additional Information : I think Israpreneur should be spelled with the capital "I" and the rest lowercase.

You can use the tagline "Advice & Resource for Israeli Entrepreneurs" but this tagline may be changed before you send me the final version.

IMPORTANT:

Will Need files of the Full Logo with the icon and tagline
Will Need files of just the icon
Will Need files of the icon and the logo w/o the tagline

Some Great entries so far. Here are my comments.

Darbs: Not the look I am looking for, looking something more unique

Umxca: I like the font you chose but I would like to see the icon on the left and the icon needs a bit of sharpening up or uniqueness to it. Round is fine but square may be better.

Evtimii: I like the font you chose, but I don't understand the icon at all. Does not look unique or brandble

J-Man - I don't like the tagline on top. Good start with the icon, but not sure I like the shape of it. Looks like a pillow to me.

Ralphie: Really like the bottom icon but it needs to be a little sharper and match the text a bit more. Also I think it needs a darker shade of blue and should be detatched from the word. Also I am not in love with the font you chose.

All in all a great start everyone and I appreciate you entering this contest!

2. Please change the font to something more business like

I like the icon! But the font looks like it's short and squished. Also the I is twice the height of the other letters. Looking nice!

Hmm... I hate to say it, but I'm not feeling it. I have seen better fonts and the icon doesn't do it for me. Please try a different concept since I like your work.
