Thanks for the design. It's not what I was thinking though... would like something with various desgrees of red & white with a futuristic / modern theme. A little black might be considered but your design in largely black.
The sillouette is not an uncommon logo design and I would like something that is totally unique and "wow"

Looks nice.. I like the maltese cross and the colours, wondering if the inside of the centre flame can be maybe a Phoenix in the same style and feel as the flame in there now... Also the background seems a little plain. Finally the cross hatches on the bottom.. the left one being "s" shaped. Is there a different version of that or maybe just the double axe... don't know if I like the "s" shape as it stands.
Great start! |

On the other side of things, I love the general look of PigBaits graphic but the phoenix is not really how I was picturing it.
If the phoenix from crimeproductions can be integrated with the general look and feel of pigbaits graphic... this would probably be what I am looking for or pretty close to it. |

Thanks for the added submission. The maltese cross with cross axes behind is an extremely common logo design and one I would prefer to stay away from as it would not really stand out from the rest but the phoenix is still looking good. |

First first one with the phoenix isn't bad but wonder what other variations are possible with that phoenix. The second one with the hose is again, not really what I was thinking of.
As I have said a few times, I really like the phoenix design you have, just have to figure out the rest to go with it
Thanks,

Thanks for the info...
Are you able to draw something along the same idea of a tribal / modern Phoenix to incorporate in to the centre of your maltese cross? |

Thanks for the new phoenix... it looks good but I must admit, I am hooked on the tribal look of the other one. That would have been perfect for the logo you have come up with. I may have to resort back to the initial design but it would not be 100% of what I was hoping for.
I am working tonight with a firefighter so I will ask his input and ideas.
Thanks for the effort. |

· #20 | | NamePros Member | yea that other phoenix is really nice but it's someone else's work that crimeproductions stole and i dont want to do that. but have your fireman buddy look it over see what he/she thinks. I personally like the flame. also ask him/her about the fire hook and if it should just be two axes or any other element that can be thought of. |

Thanks everyone!

Pigbait,
Spoke to my co-worker and he said he liked your first design with the flame. He felt as I did about the phoenix's. He also questioned the other tool.
If we went with something like the maltese cross and flame as you initially had it... is there something we can do with the axes??? I would like to get away from the cross axes below or behind as these are extremely common. Any other thoughts? |

Nabz, I like the design... but seems a little like a snow globe Not sure if it is exactly what I was looking for.
PigBait, like the maltese cross and the background. not 100% sure about the tools. Maybe have to consider just the maltese cross or how do you think it would look if the "jaws of life" were standing on end with the jaws open and the maltese cross siting inside the mouth of it? Just another thought.
Thanks for all the submissions so far !!! |
