[REQ-OTHER] - EMS Graphic Design
Type of Contest : Graphic Design

Prize : $30.00

Contest End Date & Time : Saturday December 1st, 8:00pm EST

Size Requirements : approximately 2.5" x 4" & 6" x 6"

Color Requirements : Blue & White only.... maybe black also

General Requirements : I am looking for a graphic design that I can use representing Paramedics, EMTs, Ambulance, EMS. The graphic design is to be in blue and white only with various shades of each to create a stunning, modern design.

General concepts or items included within the design are wide open to your creative imagination. I am looking for something spectacular and modern/futuristic.

This is no easy task with the expectations and colour limitations. All submissions appreciated.

Additional Information : I appreciate everyone taking the time to submit their ideas. Good Luck to everyone! Don't forget to check out my second post for a fire version in all red and white

I was looking up EMS and ambulance logos to see the differences but they are all the same just like your avatar the only thing different is an iron cross so, my guess is your looking for totally different icon to be made?


because the main elements of the medic and EMS logo is the staff of Aesculapius and the star of life I just combined them in a different way

The design looks great pigbait75 but is there any way to use the area mentioned in the description and fill in the background or add a little more to cover the whole area?

my two tries:
(i know you said only use white and blue, but i figured red would atleast be worth a try (i also have a proposed alternative to the red, so it's not just red))

Sorry everyone, I have been tied up with much these last few days.

Feedback for the existing designs...

Leafy, The circles are OK but would need something else to cover the white area around the design to meet the specs of the design area. I would prefer to stay away from the Red Cross though... but the Star of Life is great to us. Overall, the round concept is just ok.... but on the right track...

pigbait75, I like what you've done with the background also. This is excellent. Any other variations of this you can think of to enhance it? I like what you have so far!

Thanks for the designs so far... keep 'em coming!
