Can you please explain why do you want the logo on red background? It will look bad on your website. Where are you going to use this logo?

Here is the corporate version of my concept, I will create one more version of same design to suite your current website, if I win.
About the logo:
the logo is simply inspired by the brading style most of car manufacturers use, there intials in a frame.
you can use it anywhere, encrave on parts, use in stationary, unique and easy to remember.

*not* for use on our Website; for use on a T-Shirt *and* as a logo on a high definition video
We are sponsoring a movie crew at SEMA car show in Vegas; they will wear Japanparts T-shirts and the videos created will be posted on car sites and Youtube with a small trailer using the logo at the start of the video
