Hey guys, as you may know I enter a lot of the current logo design contests. I just purchased www.generalpolls.com and am going to turn it into exactly what it says but I cant come up with a good logo.

This is where you come in, I need someone to design a logo for my page and in return you will have your portfolio website posted on my webpage for as long as I use the logo.

I want to see what you guys come up with on your own before i start specifying what needs to be done, also i would like a copy in .psd form so I can change anything i need to at anytime.

I think in order to persuade some of the designers here to enter you might want to put up a cash prize... I didn't see a listing for the traffic rankings of that website so I'm assuming it is new... It would benefit the designer more if there was sufficient traffic through the site to generate clicks to their portfolios...

just my opinion though.

I apreciate your opinion, but the contest is the way I have it if no one enters so be it, but this is the only way I can run a contest right now.

I dont so much need a great logo, like i said i am a designer, thats why i ask for the photoshop file so that if i see a design i like i can "make it better" if its able to be.

traffic surfer, please try and incorperate the name general polls more into the polls itself, the text just feels like an after thought, try placing the name inder the polls and such .

The young lat pulled ahead with this nice logo, I love it.

traffic surfer, i would like a lighter background, white is fine. also i am not fond of the last design.
