$75 Contest For HTML Layout Compelling FORM

Okay - Here are the rules. All submissions must be in by 5pm Eastern Time Wednesday Sept 7th. Winner will be announced by noon Thursday and paypal at the same time...

I operate a site called NetGraduate.com; it is a search engine site for colleges, tech schools, universities, and scholarships. It is free to use, but we require a form to be filled out before you can enter. Currently, we are using 2 pages - the first page asks a simple question, and the second page gets the form - the theory is like HouseValues.com --- ask a simple question and get them committed, then get the form - then provide the product...

I am open to a 1 or 2 page design like this, but JAZZED up. Some ideas

1. Maybe photos of students (ROYALTY-FREE ONLY) or the like with comments like I Found Free Scholarship Info.
2. Look at CoolSavings.com they get alot of forms. Maybe some porn sites have compelling "FILL THIS OUT FOR FREE ACCESS". I am open to this, and want to see who can create the most enticing call for forms.
3. Use the following terms, FREE ACCESS TO HUGE LIST OF COLLEGES, INSTANT ACCESS, "Over 7000 colleges, schools, and universities profiled", look at my site (fill out phony form) for more hot button keywords.

Please submit screenshots.

THE WINNER WILL BE BASED ON WHICH FORM LOOKS THE BEST, MOST PROFESSIONAL, MOST COMPELLING. I think this will be a fun contest. PM me with questions, and I will post all relevant feedback promptly.

This is a list of some of what I am talking about..

1. CoolSavings.com -- under the signup page ---it is a little cheesy, but it is compelling. Maybe dress it up a tad
2. http://www.freegiftworld.com/gift.ht...17&SID=KE57124 ---- this is compelling and eye catching not classy, though.
3. LendingTree.com - click on the home refinance page... This is nice, and classy - not quite as compelling as the above 2 examples...

Remember, that these are students or prosepective students, and they are motivated to fill out the form by the fact that the FREE access will allow them to find the right school, get scholarschip info, get tips on getting into college or tradeschool, and to get tips on different degree programs.

It is all Free --- but we need to convince them that it is worth taking the time to fill out the form.
