Anyone here care to guess what the fixedloans.com auction will sell for?

Winner will receive an autographed copy of The Domain Game book by David Kesmodel.

Closest guess (in either direction + or -) wins, if two people guess the same amount, the first person to guess that amount will be the winner. In the case of two people tying for distance from winning amount, the person with the lower of the two guesses (without going over) will be the winner.
This contest was also posted in another thread here on NP, so guesses can be on either thread, timestamps break ties of course.
