Hosting design needed

Firstly i would like to say that we are not offering any money because we are just a new company and have a low startup budget. So instead of money we are offering you the following:

[b][i]-250 Mb Space
-5Gb Transfer
-Unlimited Email, Mysql databases, Sub domains...
-Standard Cpanel with FANTASTICO!

This lasts for 6 months

So, I want my hosting template like these:

http://www.odeonweb.com
http://www.bestreseller.com
.....................................

Logo has to be called: Cyclone-host with slogon "Future in webhosting".

Links would include:

Hosting,
Domain Names,
Support,
About us,

(Anything i missed please just add)

As long as the template has about 3 boxes on main page with deals, and has a login area on front page too. This must be easy to customise for me.

I'd advise NOT entering this contest. I won one of his previous contests, and never recieved my prize. (Besides, he's only 16)
