I have initiated paypal claim and am scanning for a google alert to the site. I beleive the material is being used as part of an e-product which would remain offline. This op purposely extended extra requests and extra formatting at the last gasps that was never part of the project, putting off payment requests every day.

I am asking as I don't see any mention about deal being finalized between him and you on this thread.

As for the first post it seems like he is requesting writers who can do it.

If you told him you can do it and he said yes you should do it then you can claim the money.
