For some reason he did not want to pay for the articles. Dont know why he is so mad, i wrote the articles myself and are unique.

Copyscape returns matches only if its a word for word copy.

Each article had about 70 words which were returning copies.

Don't want to take anything away from Tivo, the rest was excellent. But Google is unforgiving towards duplicate content, so I have to take that up as well.
