Since we took over 4databases.net we have had outstanding growth. We have added 437 new members and delivered over 2420+ databases.

Every database is now downloadable.

We are unable to create a new account - so we are going to use the previous owner's. The Admin here think we are pulling something fast.

But some of you who have bought from us already - know me.

Send any questions to the PM of carlnewlen and I will answer as promptly as I can. Of course emailing us at admin@4databases.net is the quick way to a response.

Some of you are awaiting a DVD in the mail. If you email us at the above address we can let you know where the order stands.

Your databases are available for download - so if you want them - go get them. But during this transition between owners there will be a delay in dvd mailings.

We are also going to discontinue sending out DVDs. In this day and age, and to keep our prices low, everything is downloadable,

I sent $120 via Paypal to purchase the whole database and content on December 7. He said he will send me the DVD because it's not practical to download 2GB of all the files.

Today is the 20 and I still not receive the DVD - It only take 2-3 days to send the DVD from Ohio to Pennsylvania via regular mail even he said he will send Fed-Ex next day.

I sent several PMs with no answer.

You need to resolve the isssue or I will file with Paypal for dispute and get you off Namepros.

I am more than reasonable waiting for 13 days but that's enough.

Sounds to me like you are trying to extort from him. Did you email admin@4databases.net?

I can tell you right now that you didn't.

I recently purchased the web site and I will tell you that the only way you are going to get anything from the site is to email us and we will take care of it. carlnewlen is not involved anymore - other than helping us promote the site.

It is a simple solution. email me at admin@4databases.net and give me your info. I will take care of this.

And the total file size is compressed and is less than 1 gb.

It's not extortion - I already told him that I don't have the time to download and I only make a purchase if he sends me the DVD.

This is from December the 7th. I am not going to send email to anyone. Either he send me the DVD or refund my money or I will report the case here to the mod and get him banned.

I don't have the time for this crap.

I don't know who you are - I never dealt with you - I am talking to the one that sold the database and the content to me which he did not deliver.

I own the web site. You should read the posts more carefully.

Everything on the web site is downloadable. And the only way I will send any DVDs out in the mail is if I know who you are. I don't know why this is so difficult.

If you want it today - it is less than 1 Gb - you can download it. If you want a DVD you can get that - but do I just send it to John c/o NamePros?

All I can say is this: If you want to buy databases from us and have them mailed to you -- we suck at that. Go somewhere else.

If you want to buy databases from us and have a minute or two to spare to download the databases immediatly after you purchase them - well, we are the place to shop.

I have filed a dispute with Paypal. He has the time to refund my money or the case will be filed with this site. Trust me - I have done this before - I am too old to be scare and I know what I am doing.
