An "active" thread is defined as any marketplace sales thread that you wish to keep open and visible to marketplace visitors. You can keep your thread active by adding a reply yourself before the 30 day period. UPGRADE YOUR ACCOUNT

1) Forum posting, article writing, article rewriting services etc etc allowed.

2) Totally white-hat services only. No black-hat, or any other colored hats. Scraping, stealing etc not allowed.

3) Mention all details as much as you can in the threads itself. Nothing will be assumed. Do it so you can get more buyers or more sellers interested in your threads.

4) Content generation services only. Other things will not be allowed. Use For Sale / Advertising for other stuff.

5) PLR articles selling allowed. But if and when you are asked to produce a proof of rights you will have to provide it to ME or MSR of market place section or Admins of Namepros.

6) All articles for sale which don't mention that they are PLR's will be assumed as unique articles. If those articles are not unique then that thread will be deleted.

7) Pre-existing databases buy and sell allowed. You might have to prove your rights for it when asked.

8) Don't post links to forums or places which are not allowed as per the Namepros rules. Otherwise that thread will be removed.

9) Try to offer services with detailed explanation of the things you are going to do for the buyer and try to ask for services with detailed explanation of the things you are going to get from the seller. This will keep things moving in a streamlined manner.

10) If a seller agrees to a predefined timeframe and is not able to deliver the services in that timeframe then he is liable if buyer complains about him. If you want more time then mention it to the buyer. If buyer wants to give you more time then he can. But if he doesn't wants to give you more time then you are liable as you already agreed to finish it in a predefined time.

11) Full Refund: Professional service providers only. If you are going to take money for some services and then you start making excuses about not being able to do it then you are liable to issue a full refund to the buyer.

12) Partial Refund: If you are going to take money from someone and are not able to deliver the services as agreed. Then based on the work that you have done and if it is useable enough then partial refunds can take place.

13) Mention what you want and what you are offering in the thread itself. << Read this 3 times if you want.

Will be updating the thread with more guidelines if needed. Ideas are welcomed.

You can PM me if I have missed some important points.
