It started at $30 on June 1st, and is declining by $1 per day until it is sold or the month ends. You needn't wait for the Buy It Now price to reach the level you want to pay, just enter your bid now. Then if you aren't outbid, you win the bidding on the day the Buy It Now price reaches your bid.
