.EU sunrise period

So when the year 2012 comes around and the .EU registry finally opens its sunrise registration period to public bodies and TM holders, whats to stop me registering a very generic and popular word as a TM and then snapping up the .EU before all you nasty domainer types beat me to it.....??

Discuss.......

.EU will decide that any domain with more than one TM claimant would be decided via a precise scoring procedure to weigh the various conflicting TM claims. Said scoring procedure can be expected to come out on 2016, at the earliest.

Better question: who's really opposed to .eu not appearing until 2020? ;-)
But the thought about measuring TM's on a scoring grid won't matter too much if the TM is the only one, although worthless.
Guess it could be worth it for some amazing name?
Can't think of any off the top of my head, but best of luck.

'Sex' in different forms in TM'd up and down in many a jurisdiction, as is "sex.com", which they are more than welcome to try to extend to .eu ;-)

I also like 'war', just not as a noun, more as a keyword ;-)

My wife might object, but it'd be a close call as to whether I liked 'sex' better in the keyword or the "other" form, I'm a sucker for millions of $.
