obv .co, not even close Imho.

.co has higher reported sales than .me

You can take .mobi out of the equation. Me and Co have little difference. Buy the absolute best at less than top dollar and you may have a chance at turning a profit!

I'd pay little attention to stats. This really comes down to individual savvy and comprehension of the current marketplace. It's also about putting in the necessary time to understand your surroundings. Deals are everywhere but you have to constantly be looking and pounce immediately!
